Every Athlete will receive an comprehensive assessment and testing to gain an better understating of their body and how it performs. From there a 3, 6 and 12 month development and success plan will be put in place with on going testing to ensure we are progressing towards their goals. To accompany this every athlete will receive an individual training program and access to our athlete management system where we can track everything from their sleep, performance, nutrition, load and stress levels. This will allow us to stay ahead of any potential burn out and common injuries that arise due to overloading.

All Athletes training in the facility will also be provided with complementary protein powders, bars, water and snacks

Squad Sessions 6am – 8am and 3pm – 8pm
Open Gym (Monday-Friday) 5:30am – 9:30pm
Speed & Agility Sessions (Wednesday & Friday) 6am-7am
Saturday & Sunday via appointment (or a similar phrase)
